We are honored to partner with couples as they prepare for their wedding day.


Choose from the following packages based on your goals and needs.


  • From the ring to the walk down the aisle, we’re there to guide you through all the details.

    • Unlimited face to face consultations. 

    • Assistance with budget and breakdown of costs. 

    • Discussion of and development of theme/style for the wedding. 

    • Help finding any remaining suppliers and/or service providers

    • Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel for set up and tear down.

    • Management of all suppliers and/or service providers. 

    • Visit to and walk-through of ceremony and reception location(s) prior to Wedding Day. (preferably a month out with other vendors)

    • Provide a detailed timeline to suppliers and/or service providers, bridal party and key family members. 

    • Confirmation and follow-up with all suppliers and/or service providers 1-2 weeks prior to Wedding Day. 

    • Rehearsal (1 hour) prior to Wedding Day.

    • Day of coordination and supervision until any and all duties and checklist items are completed, including set up and tear down.

  • Need someone to work behind-the-scenes and keep everything going on the big day? That’s us.

    • Two face to face consultations.

    • Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location personnel for set up and tear down.

    • Management of all suppliers and/or service providers. 

    • Visit to and walk-through of ceremony and reception location(s) prior to Wedding Day (preferably a month out with other vendors)

    • Provide a detailed timeline to suppliers and/or service providers, bridal party and key family members.
